Prosecco and Fruit Cocktail

This Fancy and Delicious Cocktail is sure to be a hit at your next get together! Slice up Nectarines, Peaches & Blueberries and Pour a bottle of Prosecco over the fruit. 

Let sit at least an hour before serving to get that delicious taste of fruit and prosecco! 

I had our friends over for Cherries Jubilee with vanilla ice cream and vanilla pizelle wafers! I served this cocktail when they arrived. It was very fancy! Cherries jubilee was a  popular 1970's dessert whereby you light up bing cherries in syrup with a Kirsch liquor. It is served with vanilla ice cream! It is really tasty and entertaining!

For the Cocktail:

Slice 2-3 nectarines or peaches, Add one pint of fresh blueberries. 

Add 1 bottle of your favourite Prosecco. Stir together gently.

Chill at least an hour.

To Serve: Add some of the fresh fruit into each glass. I also took the extra fruit out and we ate it just like that!
