Healthy Raw Veggie Wraps

 


I made these really delicious and Healthy Veggie Wraps for lunch and they kept us full all day! They were packed with great healthy ingredients! I used veggies that I had on hand, made a spread for the pita and topped it with a green goddess dressing..So Satisfying!

Veggie Wrap Recipe

Spinach

Red Pepper, julienned

Carrots, julienned

Red Cabbage, julienned

Head Lettuce, shredded


Magical Veggie Cream Cheese Spread

Mix these ingredients together:

Cream Cheese, Goat Cheese, Jalapeno, Green Onion, 1 spoonful of mayonnaise, Salt & Pepper 


Green Goddess Dressing

Blend in a small food processor.

1 Avocado,  Garlic Clove, Squeeze of half lemon, 1 dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt,  parsley, Salt & Pepper.
