Cheesy Beef Burritos


Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds of lean ground beef
1 onion diced 3 garlic cloves minced 2 tbsp. Olive Oil 2 tbsp. Chili Powder 1 tbsp. Cumin 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder 1 tbsp. Onion Powder 1 tsp. Of Parika 1 beef bouillon (optional added flavour) 1/2 tbsp. Cornstarch (thickener) Salt & Pepper 1 can chili flavoured diced tomatoes drained 1/2 cup water Shredded cheddar cheese Small Flour Tortillas
Directions: Add 1 tbsp. Olive Oil and Brown Beef in pan. Drain and set aside. Add 1 tbsp. Olive oil to the same pan and saute onion until translusecent. 3-5 minutes . Add garlic and continue to cook for 1 more minute. Add Beef back to the pan. Add all the spices, tomatoes and water. Simmer until flavours blend in nice. Add cornstarch if necessary. Add shredded cheese and mix until melted. Warm tortillas up in microwave 30 seconds. To assemble, wrap the beef into the tortilla and roll up. Place the burritos in a 9x13 baking dish. Keep assembling until pan is full. Add salsa across the middle part of each burrito. Add cheese and place in a 350° oven for 10-15 min. For the toppings: Cut up tomatoes, green onions, and avocados. Serve with sour cream.
