Street Food Corn-On-The-Cob

For a Different take on Corn on the Cob, try this delicious recipe! It is easy to make and tastes Fantastic!

Ingredients:
Corn
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Mayonnaise
Lime juice
Chili powder

Directions:
Remove the first layers of the husks on the corn. Open the top just slightly. Blanch in boiling water for roughly 4-5 minutes. Remove and cool on a baking sheet.
Peel the corn back, keeping the husks on. Butter each cob of corn really good and add salt and pepper. Grill the corn until its charred a bit on all sides. Keep turning until so it cooks evenly. Remove from heat. Brush the corn with mayonnaise. Squeeze lime on all sides, and add chili powder.
